Booking & Cancellation Policy – Hall & Co.

At Hall & Co., we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy booking experience for all users. Please review our key policies below:

1. Booking Policy

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified by the venue.
Users will receive a confirmation email with booking details and venue contact information.
Some venues may require a security deposit, which will be held and returned per their individual terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable service fees.
Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
Venue-specific cancellation terms may apply and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

3. Changes & Modifications

Date and time changes are subject to venue availability and may incur additional charges.
Contact our support team for any changes, and we will work with the venue to accommodate your request.

4. Code of Conduct

Guests must adhere to all venue rules, including capacity limits, noise restrictions, and cleanup policies.
Damage to venue property may result in loss of deposit or additional fees.
